TRAINING

  • Operator Training: We offer a training session as part of the annual preventative maintenance visit, helping your team maximise the system's potential.

  • Flexible Scheduling to Suit You: Training can be completed remotely or in person, at a time that works best for you. There are no deadlines — you set the pace and complete the training on your own schedule

PROACTIVE SOFTWARE UPDATES

  • Security Upgrades: Automatic notifications ensure you’re always aware of any necessary security updates, keeping your system secure and up to date

  • Free Core Software Upgrades: Enjoy free upgrades within the currently installed minor build (e.g., v11.0 to v11.1), ensuring you benefit from the latest features and performance enhancements

  • Discounts on Major Upgrades: Receive significant discounts on upgrades to new major builds, allowing you to take advantage of cutting-edge advancements

EXPERT ASSISTANCE

  • Telephone and Email Support: Our Systems Engineers are available to provide unlimited direct support during service hours (09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays and the holiday period between December 25th and January 1st)

  • 24/7 Availability: For critical systems, we offer service availability around the clock to ensure uninterrupted support whenever you need it

  • Priority Response: We guarantee a swift, prioritised response to any issues or requests for assistance

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

  • Annual Preventative Visits: Our team will perform annual preventative maintenance to service your equipment, check for potential issues, and ensure optimal system performance

  • System Imaging and Configuration Backup: We’ll create and securely store a full image of your system, as well as a copy of the configuration, for quick recovery if needed

DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT

  • Discounted Development Time: To meet evolving needs, our support package includes discounted development time for customisations, such as modifications to reports or mimic displays, ensuring your system continues to align with your business goals

  • Legacy Support Options: We understand the challenges of maintaining older systems and equipment. While hardware older than 10 years (or standard PCs over 7 years) and software outside the two most recent versions aren’t fully covered, we still provide guidance to help you identify and resolve issues. For more complex fixes, we offer quotations for repairs, replacements, or upgrades to keep your system operational
