Arabian Gulf Manufactures Ltd (AGM) is a major manufacturer and supplier of disposable packaging products as well as plastic house ware items under the Gulfmaid® name - a leading brand for plastic disposable products throughout Middle East market. Founded in 1965, AGM has grown to more than 90,000 square meters of facilities using state-of-the-art equipment.

PlantRun systems are designed to be straight forward to install which meant that the system was up and running within three weeks of delivery, without the need or cost of having Tascomp engineers visit site.

The system was built to an agreed specification, fully tested prior to shipping and supplied with full wiring schematics and printed Installation Guide.

Backed up with remote support from Tascomp engineers Gulfmaids own engineering staff ran cables, installed the hardware and made connection to the assets.
 
Full training was provided by web conference and technical support provided remotely via telephone, email and internet.

This way of working minimises customer costs without compromising system quality or functionality.

The system monitors plastic thermoforming machines including Illig RDKP 72G, Illig RDM 75K and Gabler M98 models at the Gulfmaid manufacturing site in Jedah.
